June 20, 2017 - New York, NY : Aaron Cedres poses for a portrait in Rainey Park, where he sometimes slept when he was homeless, in The Bronx on Tuesday afternoon, June 20. A felony assault charge related to a Sept. 2013 altercation outside the El Batey Lounge, where Cedres worked as a bouncer, upended the then-25-year-old’s life and left him homeless. The ordeal took a year and a half and 20 court appearances to clear up. In the end, the charges against Cedres were dismissed.
